Terms of Service
These are the rules of the road for using EsyBlog. We've written them in plain English so you can actually read them. If anything is unclear, ask us through the contact form and we'll explain.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using EsyBlog, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and EsyBlog Labs, Inc.
2. Description of Service
EsyBlog is a narrative engine for programmatic SEO. It turns structured data into long-form articles with editorial voice. We provide tools for drafting, editing, and publishing content at scale. Features evolve as we learn what writers and publishers actually need.
3. User Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and you agree to provide accurate information.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't use EsyBlog to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or hateful.
- Impersonate real people or organizations.
- Produce disinformation, fabricated news, or content designed to mislead readers about its origin.
- Spam search engines with low-quality, duplicative, or manipulative content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service, and we try to be fair about it.
5. Content Ownership
You own what you write. This is the single most important line in this document. Any article, outline, dataset, or voice model you create on EsyBlog belongs to you. We claim no copyright, no license to publish, and no residual rights.
We do need a narrow operational license, the kind any software needs, to store your content on our servers, display it back to you, and process it on your behalf. That license ends the moment you delete your content or close your account.
6. AI-Generated Content
EsyBlog produces drafts with the help of large language models. These drafts are tools, not oracles. You are the editor. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and publishing anything that leaves the platform under your byline.
AI models can hallucinate, misattribute, or reproduce phrasings from their training data. We build guardrails, but we can't guarantee that every generated sentence is original or accurate. Treat the output like a first draft from a very fast, slightly unreliable intern.
7. Data Privacy
How we handle your data is covered in full in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we don't sell your data, we don't train models on your content, and we keep only what we need to run the service.
8. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. Failed payments may result in suspended access until the balance is settled.
9. Refunds
If something is broken or EsyBlog isn't what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full. No interrogation. Annual plans can be refunded pro rata within the first 30 days. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EsyBlog Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm caused by published content. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
EsyBlog is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be bug-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your specific workflow.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk. If we terminate an account, we give you a reasonable window to export your content unless the violation is severe.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved through our contact form will be handled in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders by in-app message. Continued use of EsyBlog after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms? Please use our contact form. We read everything that comes through and reply in order.
